He has spent a number of years working as a manager/licensee initially and has combined this with training licensees and staff within managed, tenanted and leased operations for major brewers and pub companies. Daniel won the prestigious “Professional Trainer of the Year” award at the 2005 BII NITA (National Innkeeping Training Awards).
